Leading in today's world is complex and challenging. Working through the external forces in the economy, competition, technology, and society leads to overwhelm and burnout when we are empty within. 

 Instead of the conventional view of leadership being driven about title and visible accomplishments, I believe that true leadership is creating the space which we listen and deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other to see what is emerging in the world and having the courage to participate in shaping the future.

By building trust, showing respect, developing relationships, and leaning into the diversity of people to collaborate on the complex issues we face today, we can fill ourselves within to contribute to a stronger, brighter future together across teams, sectors, and cultures.
